approach:
I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), combined with a practical, collaborative style focused on helping you understand your patterns and make meaningful changes.
I also focus on building insight into your patterns, including the different parts of you that may be pulling in different directions. This includes understanding things like the inner critic and how it shows up, so you can respond to yourself in ways that actually support change.
I incorporate mindfulness and self-compassion practices to help you relate to yourself differently—especially if you tend to be hard on yourself. Softening that inner critic can make it easier to move forward in a way that feels more sustainable.
